Jeff Arender

Is the President and CEO of Arender Plumbing Supply.  His journey with the company began in 1983, when he started working part-time in the warehouse at the age of 15. Over the years, Jeff’s dedication and leadership saw him rise through the ranks—from the sales counter to outside salesman, then purchasing manager, and ultimately to general manager in 1996.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Finance from Mississippi State University, graduating in 1990. Under his leadership, Arender Plumbing Supply has continued to grow and adapt in an ever-evolving industry.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling with his family, diving into computer games, and woodworking.

Kerry Arender

Joined Arender Plumbing Supply in 2023, starting part-time and quickly becoming an integral part of the team. As Secretary and Treasurer, Kerry plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Kerry is passionate about creating a well-organized and supportive environment at Arender Plumbing Supply. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys traveling and cherishing time with family.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling with his family, diving into computer games, and woodworking.

Mike Smith

Brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Arender Plumbing Supply. Before joining the company in 1990, Mike served in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a strong technical foundation.

Since coming on board, Mike has worn many hats, but he’s best known for his long-standing role as Purchasing Manager. He’s been expertly managing inventory since 1996 and is widely regarded as Arender’s go-to parts specialist. As the saying goes: if Mike doesn’t know what it is, you probably can’t get it.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

Kevin Dutiel

Has been a valued member of the Arender Plumbing Supply team since 1997. As the head of our inside sales team, Kevin is known for his friendly attitude and exceptional customer service. Whether at the sales counter or assisting with complex orders, Kevin brings experience, patience, and a personal touch to every interaction.

In addition to his work at Arender, Kevin is an accomplished golfer. He shares his passion for the game by teaching golf lessons whenever he has the chance. Outside of work and the golf course, Kevin enjoys attending church and spending time with his family and travelling to find the best steak house.

Clarence Chaffin

Has been a dedicated member of the Arender Plumbing Supply team since 2008. As Warehouse Manager, Clarence oversees all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and on schedule. His attention to detail keeps our warehouse moving smoothly every day.

Outside of work, Clarence enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and grandchildren.

Bob Blanks

returned to Arender Plumbing Supply in 2016 after working offshore, bringing his total time with the company to nearly 14 years. Bob primarily works on the inside sales counter, where his meticulous attention to detail ensures every order is accurate and complete.

In addition to his sales role, Bob also assists with Accounts Receivables, helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. His reliability and dedication make him a key part of the Arender team.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.
